"Doctors and nurses don’t seem to know what they’re talking about. Had no clue what to do for my SO eye swelling! Had to use google and still didn’t know! Prescribed antibiotics with Benadryl in it after telling them multiple times that he is allergic to Benadryl. I would take the extra time to go somewhere else!!"
"The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The doctor detailed all information and it was Fur helpful. My wife and I have made 3 trips to the emergency and all occasions they were a very very good."
"Have been there 3 times with my young children and have had nothing but great experiences each time. The nurses and doctors have been kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and timely. Always felt they did everyone they could to help my kids. Will definitely go back!"
"Er doctors in River Falls area hospital do not do anything to help the patient or even what their after visit summary said they supposedly did. In fact they are quick to push an injured person out of there with out looking at an injury, touching it or even checking to make sure there is a pulse in the extremity. Never check pain levels or recheck after extremely high bp due to pain to make sure it went down. My first nurse was amazing very helpful. So appreciate that. But when you have to go to er cause clinic is closed or not even open yet there are reasons. Nobody want the er copay or coins it ace. Especially when dr fee is astronomical and they see u for about a min. Horrible experience. And one for my husband of his own. What happened to bedside manner or helping someone. Don’t go there!"
"Went in because I wasn't able to properly breath. Nurse was extremely condescending and in the hallway was talking to another nurse about how I, a college student, probably just drank too much. Doctor offered me nausea medication. I came in because I wasn't able to breath not because I was having nausea. Went to my doctor the next day and I was told I was having a mild reaction to my new medication. Don't go here unless you are actively dying and even then I'm not sure they would help."
