"Our experience started off with IDS which ended up being bought by Caravelle the staff that was originally placed for my daughters therapies was amazing after that individual left the company another head therapist took over who I felt cared more about getting staffing hours in and controlling the situation more than concerned about my daughters therapy and growth. When we brought these concerns to the head therapist she not only brushed it off but then accused us of blaming her for her not doing her job she then threw a major temper tantrum inside of our home packed up all of her things and stormed out the door. After not getting her way she returned back to the office and told the director a bunch of fabricated stories and lied including on claiming that she had been threatened all of this which was recorded to prove another lie. After a few hours had passed the head coordinator a very good friend of this had therapist contacted my mother to tell her that Carovel will cancel the services because the head therapist is not happy I am horrified and flabbergasted at the behavior of these individuals who are supposed to help children that have disabilities such as Autism disorder. Any adult that makes a situation about themselves should not be allowed to be in charge of emotional development or growth and development. Also they lack the understanding of civil rights in the laws that protect these children as they displayed in canceling her therapy bringing it to a termination with the grandmother instead of the legal guardian. There are now two major law firms that are looking in to the violation of civil rights done by IDS staff who was bought by Caravelle. We have ultimately also contacted the state of Wisconsin in who licenses in overseas these types of organizations it has been found that they have broken the law and many civil rights we do not recommend Carovel for any family who has a child with autism disorder if it’s a staffing issue then Carovel needs to strongly look at the staff terminate and new hiring needs to be done!"

The results are tremendous with these children advancing in these skills!! The staff here really take the time to find what works best for each child, and what to focus on for every child's learning needs!!"
