"We have worked with Park Bank on a business loan and a personal loan and have been so pleased with them. In both cases, they were creative in figuring something out that worked well for everyone. We have had great interest rates and prompt, helpful communication. I always feel like we are being treated as unique people by unique people rather than being forced to fit into the preferred business model."

"If zero stars was an option, that is what I would give. Loan officer, Todd Holtz lied to me since late June regarding my SBA Loan application. He strung me along for close to 4 months with lies that he was moving forward in the loan process, continued to lie about dates he submitted my loan to the SBA, continued to lie and tell me we were waiting for the SBA approval for months. He NEVER submitted the application! Their website is extremely deceiving, as they state they specialize in SBA Lending. In my opinion, they spent too much time creating videos of their "award winning" lender, Todd Holtz, and not enough time, actually doing any work or following through with what they tell their customers. There is obviously a lack of integrity, as he lied about EVERYTHING he told me, for months. He has huge stacks of files on his desk, so if you have been waiting on a loan to close at Park Bank, your file could be at the bottom of an endless pile. Starting a business is a stressful process to begin with. When you work with a bank, that treats you so poorly, it makes your dream impossible. If I worked with a loan officer that was actually committed to helping business owners, I would not be starting back at square one. Very disappointing! It is not acceptable to treat people like this!"

"We’ve banked at Park Bank for many years, including having purchased many properties with their assistance. They are professional and friendly, and have gone out of their way to always make our experience a good one. I highly recommend them!"

"Working with Park Bank has been a pleasure on every level. The service is so warm and personal, yet professional, and they're always right there to help when we've needed assistance. If you're looking for a bank for your business, this is the one you want. Highly recommended!"

"My mom and I went to cash my mom's check on a Saturday. The male teller shorted my mom $100 from her check. My mom only notice when we started to pull away. Since there were a lot of cars behind us, we went around and back in line. While waiting, my mom counted what she was given four times and still came up $100 short. She also did not receive a receipt. Every time that she comes to the bank she always get one but not this time. When we pulled up to the window, we told the teller that we were short $100. He didn't ask for a receipt or questioned us. We gave him back what we were given to show him that we were shorted and he handed my mom's money back to us with the correct amount. My mom has said that this has happened before where she was shorted $10-$20 and by the same teller too."
