He has always been kind and his staff has also been kind thru the years....I have used my chart and I receive answers usually by the end of day....."
"I have had Dr Shulgit since he took over his wife's practice. I don't require many doctor visits, however Im getting older and had a few issues, I'de like to speak to a pro about. Because I haven't been to see him since 2012, I have to request to be seen and I will be like a new patient. Are you kidding me? I heard Ascension had gone straight down hill. I also heard they don't have the quality that All Saints had. Which is the exact reason I drove to Racine for. I live in Kenosha. I guess its time to find a new doctor. I'm a lifer! Its probably for the best?"
