"I’m very disappointed with Dario and Tax Elf. In March I dropped off our taxes with Dario to have them completed and Dario gave us a call once they were done so I picked up the taxes and paid for the services. After a few weeks I decided to go on the IRSGO website to check the status on my return. When I checked I got and error so I verified I was inputting the correct amount from the documents Dario did and yes it was correct. I called and left several messages over a two week period and never received a call back from Dario. On April 18th I decided to take a drive to the office to see if I can catch him and I did. I told Dario I’ve left several messages and never got a call back about the error on my taxes and his reply was what am I suppose to do I’m really busy. Now it’s not my fault if he over books himself and can’t handle his workload but I paid for his services and if he made a mistake his priority should be to make the mistake correct. I’m very disappointed with his services. It was very rude and unprofessional for him to walk off and just say what am I suppose to do I’m busy."
