"Dr Duffy is a very kind, understanding person. He spent time explaining to me things about my medication, and issues I have. He went over the options I would have for my pain. I would recommend him to others. BUT his checkin nurse is horrible, very rude, non caring."

"Absolutely horrendous. I arrived for my appointment and the nurse was as welcoming as wet paper. Hardly said a word to me while she examined me. When we went over my med list, and when I said I wasn't certain what one of them was (I'm on the generic form) she simply clicked to get rid of it and moved on rather than clarifying. I get the nurses have long days, but the attitude was ridiculous. Then a med student came in 45 minutes later... for an establishing visit (so wouldn't it make sense to see the actual DOCTOR when I am trying to establish care?) and the student did nothing but grill me about me weight. It's 2023, people are allowed to have medical problems without blaming everything on their weight. Another 30 minutes pass of waiting for the doctor and I couldnt wait anymore. I had to get home and take care of my child. I left without ever even seeing the doctor except for a passing glance before my appointment and he didn't look happy or welcoming either. I was willing to push past that until the rude nurse, weird med student, and hour and a half of waiting. Stay away from this place. Edit: The doctor had the gall to contact me though mychart and make it sound like *I* was the problem for not waiting long enough. No apology for the hour and a half wait, no apology for the nasty nurse. Just excuses. Then he didn't even understand my message and thought I was saying I was mad because my weight was what made me have to sit around as long as I did... what sense does that make? If you can't read basic English don't be a doctor."

"Dr Duffy is a nice, kind, understanding professional. His nurse-the lady that's checks you in IS NOT. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND SHOULD BE FIRED FOR THE WAY SHE TREATS PEOPLE. VERY VERY NASTY LADY-NEEDS TO BE FIRED"

"I was a patient of Dr. Dan for 12 years, would still be his patient, had I not moved away....Great doctor, and a great person, butted heads with him a few times, but their was never a doubt that his primary concern was for his patients...I miss Dr Duffy, as a friend and Primary care provider. He does his own case History with patients, and remembers for years, things that you discuss with him. He REALLY cares...And he's a good Irish Family man !"
