"When I found out I was delivering my baby here I looked up the google reviews and nearly had a panic attack at how bad some of the reviews are. I just kept thinking it was going to be a bad experience. After delivering my baby I had to come on here and just say that I had the most amazing experience with the hospital staff from start to finish. Check in was seamless. All of my labor nurses were amazing. Like I want to call them up and hang out with them. They took such good care of me and I really trusted them. I had two different doctors who I had never met before. They turned out to be great, and Dr. Kuchta, who delivered my baby was so great. I wouldn’t have had it any other way. The whole team, literally everyone I dealt with was not only knowledgeable and professional, but just genuinely kind and a pleasure to be around. The facility was also much nicer than I had expected. Kudos! to this hospital and everyone who works here and takes such good care of the women & babies. I wish more people left positive feedback where it’s due."
"Just had our first baby and didn't know what to expect at all with alot of questions. All nurses were great, some better than others, but all were comforting and would check in often. Brigid was my nurse during delivery and she couldn't have been any better. Everyone wore gloves and used sanitizer often. Dr Katz was great for delivery. Only bad thing is there are so many Doctors and you don't get only one OBGYN through pregnancy. All the doctors were still great..Thank Aurora for my first pregnancy experience going so well for our family."
"Went here for the first half of my pregnancy before moving. Nurses and doctors were mediocre at best. Always meeting with a different doctor was inconvenient to say the least. Each time we had to rego over things and you are lucky if you even meet with an actual doctor. We recently met with a new doctor who will be delivering our baby and he shared some disturbing information with us. Aurora gave us the wrong due date and misdiagnosed an amniotic band. So not only has our due date been pushed back a week but the doctor had us so freaked out for a symptom we didn't even have. Along with miss describing the symptom all together. If you have the opportunity to go somewhere else, I would."
"Had a great experience at this hospital from walking in the door until I was discharged. Every RN I had was awesome, well informed, cared about my well being and wanted to make sure I was comfortable 24/7. The hospital's delivery rooms and after care rooms are also very nice/roomy. My baby ended up in Nicu for a short period of time as well and all the nurses that I dealt with had answers to all my questions and were extremely helpful during the process. I was recommended this hospital by my co worker and I'm glad I followed her guidance. Wouldn't have delivered anywhere else!"
"I had my baby there and the facility was wonderful, but the customer service is some of the worst I've ever dealt with. If you call with a question regarding your health/pregnancy don't expect to get your call returned anytime soon if at all. I had to wait at least 24 hours to hear back from them every time I called. If it was important or urgent I had to call them multiple times before I could talk to a nurse or on one occasion I never heard back from them so I just went to urgent care. I also felt a serious lack of compassion from the nurses, midwives, and some of the doctors. You rarely see the same person twice there since they schedule your appointments with different midwives and doctors each time so they don't seem to get to know you or care."
