"Completely unresponsive and apathetic towards my daughter's care. When confronted with it, she couldn't even address it herself, she had the clinic manager call and defend her poor performance which seemed quite juvenile to me. Submitted a release of information that was not followed up on - turns out we filled it out incorrectly but no one in their office ever advised us of this. After over 2 mos. we found out when she wouldn't prescribe an additional med for my daughter. Would NEVER go to the Tosa Behavioral Health Clinic nor recommend them to anyone."
