"I do not recommend hiring this firm for business or personal bookkeeping or tax filing services. This firm picked up our former CPAs clients (R.I.P Michael H.) and it has been a nightmare since. We had another third part bookkeeper do our books for 2021. FJR claimed it was so bad they had to start fresh. Then, after spending time "correcting", they filed our 2021 returns. Then, after preparing our 2022 returns and books, they said the 2021 was not done right and needs to be revised, along with the books- at cost! Additionally, we were seeing a laundry list of errors on the books they have done for us to date. Two months of back and forth and thousands of wasted dollars has led us to hiring a new CPA and bookkeeper to correct their mistakes for 2021-2022. Stay far away."
