"The staff and Doctor are awful! All you are is a guinea pig for multiple medications and he takes days to return phone calls even if you specify you are in crisis and having a reaction to medication he prescribed. When I called and talked to his secretary she said “do you mind holding, thank you!”, didn’t wait for a response, and just put me on hold. After holding over 10 minutes and leaving a third message that I needed to speak to the Doctor because I felt my heart racing, mind racing, and was having uncontrollable thoughts she said she would give him the message and he would get back to me when he can! I wish I would have had all phone conversations recorded because I’ve never experienced such lack of compassion and professionalism in an emergency situation. It took him days to get back to me and he called around 8pm at night. He couldn’t believe I was having such reactions to 4 new medications he was trying out on me and had no answers for me. “All we can do is go back to th drawing board”, he told me. And even though I had an appointment set up a few days later to see him his secretary cancelled the appointment without even speaking to me because she saw I had an appointment set up a month later! This doctor really messed up my mind and was not available or knowledgeable to help me out. He is there to collect a paycheck and nothing more! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone and he really should be sued for malpractice."
