"I cannot stress strongly enough how much I value and appreciate the work Doctor Brower and his staff members do. I always feel like Dr. Brower listens to my concerns, does a thorough examination, takes the time to explain things to me, and makes sure I understand what he is telling me. Furthermore, I do not feel like a number! He is professional and treats a patient with respect, but is also friendly. I also want to comment about his assistant Sarah who helped me at my last appointment. She had a calming presence- I did not feel rushed even though she must do the same thing over and over again throughout the day- I also noticed she followed all sanitary procedures, had a gentle touch, provided guidance throughout the visit, and had an excellent way of explaining how to take the eye drops so that it went better than ever before. She really was excellent. I also want to add that the facility is always very clean and quiet. It is easy to park and it is only a few steps to enter the building. I also know many others who have been Dr. Brower's patients over the years and never have I heard anything negative. All were effusive in their praise for his work to help them keep their eyes healthy."
