And I went and got alone and I asked them if I paid it off before the 1st payment is due would there be any additional fees or interest and they told me no no no I paid off the loan in its entirety before it was ever even due on the 1st month and now I Have to make a payment for just interest that they charged even though the loan was paid off in its entirety before it was charged and she told me there were no additional fees. nicole lies."

"Do not bank here. They will tell you that you need to do one thing in order to pull your money out, then when you DO they won't let you anyway. This bank and the employees have no idea what they are doing. They have been reported and need to be investigated. And I hope they are. If I could give 0 stars I would. This whole location needs to be shut down and revamped."

"Would not give one star. Staff has been very rude to my senior parents, one of whom has dementia. Ended up cashing a $2,000 check along with depositing a larger check during Covid and made my parents go back and forth between the drive through for photo and then inside and when my father got out he didn't have the $2,000. Branch refused to let them view the video of the day of their deposit and cashing of check claimed it was given at the window, which it wasn't. My parents are now out $2,000 and we will be changing all their accounts to reputable bank with good customer service."

"Wow, I can't understand the bad reviews. I've been banking at the Red Wing branch for 10 years. All 3 of my adult children bank here as well. We have never had a bad experience. I've always had friendly and prompt service."

"Friendly, and competent staff. I think the staff is great and enjoy my experiences with them. I have banked over 20 years with them, not always perfect, but as good or better than any other bank I have been with. I like that they have bilingual staff to encourage diversity. Great bank."
