Made sure it was set up to not overdraft and loe and behold not long into having an account it got allowed to overdraft and because i couldnt pay back the fee, i now owe over 200 in 7 dollar A DAY fees. Not going to do business with a company that promises one thing and delivers disappointment."

"I've had all my accounts at associated bank since I was a very young child! And all my family has had there's there too. It is my belief that I've been charged so many fees over all those years as they've shown on my statements. As of lately, I've become extemely frustrated those fees! I went to the branch on Crestview drive to ask for 2-$3.00 fees to be put back in my account and the branch manager said they wouldn't and when I said I wanted to close all my accounts. So I could take my banking needs elsewhere, she told me they wouldn't return the fees to my accounts. After many hours and talking back and forth, I left without my money.
