"Recently, I had a charge I felt was unfair at the doctor's office. I want to give a big thank you to Dr. Ponsler at Southwest Health for standing up for me with the billing team and getting the coding changed...she's a blessing! Also, at my appt., she already had knowledge of my medical history because she took time to review my records beforehand. It was refreshing to not be asked lots of questions that were answered in the paperwork. Dr. Ponsler was also great with my kiddos, and I will gladly entrust my family's care to her in the future!"
