"It’s a nice hilly out of the way park. It has a play area as well. The grass is patchy, lots of brown. Often there are off leash dogs as it seems to be a ‘dog and owner meet up’ location, but I’ve never had a problem. There is a horse trail that runs along the park as well."

"Off leash dog park! Not a family park or a playground for kids. An off leash dog park that's all what it is. Sad for kids!! Extremely dangerous to toddlers and kids unless you are okay with your kids playing around tens of unleashed big dogs. German shepherds, huskies, Pitbulls and many others... Friendly or not how would you be able to trust dogs that you don't know not to snap at your kids. And dog owners don't keep their dogs away from the playground... They just don't care about the toddlers in the area... I guess it's claimed as an unleashed dog park.. regardless of the "keep your dog on a leash" signs that are all over the place!"

"Beautiful park set back in a huge very steep uphill canyon. I brought my metal detector to try my luck. Hardly anyone was up at the park. And I was not bothered for using my metal detector. All the people up at the park I met were really friendly. Also great place to take kids they can go hiking around and still be in your line of sight for a long ways"

"Love Zelzah park, I take my puppy here to socialize with other dogs often and there are many other dogs off leash too! Very friendly environment and lots of dog lovers! Big wide open space on an uphill with no closed off fence but enough space for dogs not to run off into the street. Surrounded by homes and a horse stable next door, so you might see a horse here and there. Watch your step, there are lots of holes on the ground because of the groundhogs that live there."
