"Great hike. Winter only! I was extremely touched by the love for Kobe. And I’m from Boston. Respect. Go beyond, and there is a beautiful panorama of the north side of the SM’s"

"A trail beside the entrance of the park was where Kobe had the accident. The trail is narrow and one might have to dodge the bikes while hiking. The view is just all right as not many buildings and narrow sights are inside the area. One could see people's memorial and their true emotions for Kobe with the presents. The trail could link to other longer trails at the top"

"Title: Extremely Dissatisfied - Hazardous Conditions for Dogs Review: I recently visited the calabasas dog park today and I am utterly disappointed with the experience. It is my duty as a responsible pet owner to share my concerns about the severe shortcomings of this dog park. I strongly advise you to reconsider bringing your furry friend here. First and foremost, my biggest concern revolves around the sharp wood shreds scattered throughout the park. These dangerous wood pieces pose a significant risk to our beloved companions. My dog unfortunately ended up with a painful splinter in his paw, which required a visit to the vet. Adding insult to injury, the absence of water facilities at the dog park is also a serious concern. It is vital for our dogs to stay hydrated, especially during vigorous play sessions. It is mind-boggling to think that a facility dedicated to dogs would overlook such a basic necessity. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the poor design and lack of consideration for our furry friends at this dog park. It is evident that whoever designed this facility is not a dog owner themselves and therefore lacks the understanding of the needs and safety requirements for our four-legged companions. As a result of my experience, I strongly discourage fellow dog owners from visiting this dog park . Instead, I suggest exploring alternative parks that prioritize the well-being and safety of dogs. Our pets deserve environments that foster their happiness, comfort, and above all, their protection. It is my hope that the management takes immediate action to rectify these issues and improve the overall conditions at the dog park. Our canine companions deserve nothing less than optimal care and safety. Please ensure that your dog's safety is a top priority when selecting a dog park, and be cautious if considering this park. Best regards, Corinna Bubenheim"

"A good place to start a mountain bike ride or a hike. There is a paved parking lot with enough space for pet owners and outdoor enthusiasts alike. From this point yo can connect to the Milenium trail and Las Virgenes trail. This mountains are mostly bare and offer little to no shelter from the sun, you should plan your hike paying attention to the weather. There is only a potta potty and no running water available at this location so be prepared when visiting."

"I like this dog park. Plenty of comfortable seating, shade and parking spaces. The main park is all wood chips, so the dogs don’t get very dirty. There is another park connected with grass, but it’s only open on certain days. There’s a water fountain for the dogs. My only complaints would be the small dog park was tiny and not much in there. There aren’t any rocks or things for the dogs to climb, other than tables and benches. But there is a hill they can run up towards the back."
