"It should be a 0 star if I could. Call many times to open an account, wait time was more than 30 mins so I chose a call back. After waiting for 2 hours no calls at all. Called again to wait in line for 40 mins+. A guy picked up the phone and I told him what I need. He asked a few information related questions and said the system is processing. He didn't put me on hold so I continued to wait patiently. About 15 minutes later, (the call was still connected.) all of a sudden a prerecorded sound track played: " thank you for choosing to participate in a short survey...." I was furious not knowing if my account was open or not and had to call back and wait for another hour... Worst utility company ever."

"My online account has been locked for years. I've tried multiple times to call about my account without getting a response. No email response either. I've had to call the automated system every month to make a payment which doesn't always understand my voice, reads the confirmation number faster than I can write it down, and charges a service fee that I could avoid if I could get back into my online account."

"Very poor communications with this company. Agents are not very helpful. I dislike the AI system and using voice activation on the phone. If a bill has been paid on line, the agents have no way of checking if a bill has been paid. If a bill is paid using the DOXO, there needs to be a conformation number."

"I spoke with a Customer Rep named Karla on a the phone. She was asked one question about where do I go on the website to view the status of my rebate application. Instead she appeared to be scruitizing my application and indicating I needed to look at my square footage and a myriad of other items. I didn't feel comfortable speaking over the chat line to her and advised her that I believed my Civil Rights were being denied. I did have the right to check on my status. Be clear this is one of many steps I will be taking regarding this conversation. Also, when you contact the company by phone I have found that their phone people do not know the physical address. I had to obtain that through regional planning. I just called to ask for the corporate office contact and they did not have one contact. Bizaar"

"If I could give a no-star rating I would. We moved and the water was not on, scheduled to have it turned on and could not get it done until next day and were given no instructions. They came to our house to turn it on, and had an issue, so they turned it back off and left. No phone call, nothing. Then they said they could not come back until next day. Let them know that I have a baby at home that I cannot bath or feed without water. Still refused to turn my service on. Terrible customer service."
