"Sent my bill to collections even though I payed it and without even attempting to contact me. Just sent them a copy of the canceled check endorsed by them. We'll see if it gets corrected. Update: I never heard a peep from them at all. No confirmation. No apology. No nothing. No stars for you."
"I did have troubles like other reviews with the company trying to send my bilss to collections which was very frustrating, but I finally called and found out that I just need to note that I will be doing a payment plan with them and it stops the harassing mail immediately. I always assumed that doing a payment plan made me pay more, but they don't charge for setting up a payment plan - the amount was my choice to. The downside is that those are not automatic. So I have to remember to call each month and submit a payment with someone. However, staff was always friendly!"

"They sent us a bill directly stating they do not bill insurance. The first bill we received was in August for a service in February! It took them six months to bill long after we thought all had been paid and then insist on being paid directly. Insurance has a 90 day after service timeline so I can only imagine the pain it is going to be to get this processed. Soooo unprofessional!!"
"They charge $1677.00 for the anesthesiologist and $1677.00 for the Nurse as well. So whatever they charge ($1800) for the anesthesiologist is also the charge for the nurse as well. They can charge whatever base fee they want and do not have to tell you the amount until after your services. BEWARE they are scam artists and are unwilling to work with customers. They'll send you a bill in May and then send you to collections in June. AVOID working with this company if you can bare. They also outsource customer service, it sounded like they were all from India. They ignore you and avoid answering questions and love to cold transfer you while your in the middle of a sentence. TERRIBLE COMPANY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware!!!"
