"Great health care facility. It was very convenient in that they had x-rays at the same location so the doctor was able to go over the results in the same visit. Would highly recommend!"
"Right Knee meniscus surgery and came out of the surgery with very little pain and in fact two days later I had no need for any pain pills. In 2 1/2 weeks later I was back to normal activity. I thought Dr. Meletiou was very thorough and right to the point, would definitely recommend Dr. Meletiou to anyone"
"I saw Dr. Meletiou for a consult on Carpal Tunnel Surgery. I was throughly impressed with the time and compassion I was given during my visit. Dr. Meletiou and his associates were patient with my questions and took time to explain what I needed to know. I highly recommend Dr. Meletiou."
"Appreciated a positive 6 wk post- surgical visit w/ Dr Meletiou yesterday. He was kind & shared a humorous story. He was pleased w/ my movement & told me not to push putting my arm beyond that as tha joint will not safely operate that way. Good to know!"
"I was suffering from severe pain in my hand including inability to feel, tingling, extreme sensitivity to cold (and heat to a lesser degree), leading to nearly complete paralysis during sub-forty degree weather in just a short period of time (less than an hour, and shorter as temperatures dropped). I had carpal tunnel surgery to correct a previous carpal tunnel surgery and cupital tunnel surgery to release pressure on the ulnar nerve. I believe Dr. Meletiou tried to repair the problem, but unfortunately now I am suffering worse than before the surgery. Before the ulnar surgery relocation I mostly only had pain in my right pinky finger, now that pain is constant in my hand (ulnar side), wrist, ulnar side of my right arm, elbow, up towards my shoulder, and now where the nerve was relocated to, the inside of my right elbow, that area is very sensitive to pressure and pain just using my elbow or touching it to any surface. I specifically asked if I was going to have this type of a problem, and was told that I would not have any pain or problems. I think the carpal tunnel surgery did help with my index and middle finger pain though not completely, and I am having sensitivity in the palm of my right hand where the incision was made, though it has only been about seven months. I am hopeful that the nerve release improves over time, after all, it took forty to sixty years for the problem to get to where it got, and there was pretty significant damage to the nerves as a result of the long-term issues. However, at this time I would tell people that they should think twice about having ulnar release surgery as they might be worse off after the surgery than before."
