"Went out for what I thought was going to be nice valentine dinner.Steak came out looking amazing and the potatoes and asparagus were also very good. I cut into the steak and it was very very raw. I sent it back and it came back how it looked the first time. Sent it back for the second time and just the outside was cooked. Ordered a medium steak and came out more rare than any rare steak i’ve seen. Waitress was very nice but didn’t offer to take any money off for a steak we couldn’t eat.Probably won’t be back when there’s better steak houses in kaukauna for way cheaper and better quality.(Recommend the Prime Steer)"

"We decided to go to Salt for our anniversary dinner and holy cow was I blown away! You first walk in and are immediately greeted with a big smile from the bartender and wait staff. Everyone we encountered tonight was so friendly and easy to talk too. We ordered drinks from the bar and got them really fast. I highly recommend their Rum Punch or maple smoked old fashion. My fiancé ordered their 8oz tenderloin with garlic mash. The chef cooked it perfectly. The steak practically melted in our mouth. I ordered the scallops. I was a little worried because I’ve had some pretty bad scallops at other restaurants, but I was blown away with how delicious these scallops were. They come with a carrot purée , apricot reduction, and some thick pieces of bacon. We also ordered their salmon chowder and I could have bought a gallon of that soup! We absolutely loved our waitress. She stopped by to check in on us and was so friendly and kind. Over all I highly recommend Salt. It’s a beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere and delicious food!"

"Such a vibe! Our waitress was absolutely fantastic I feel terrible that I don’t remember her name. We came in on a Saturday night around 6 and it was fairly empty - different story when we left, though! Steaks were delicious along with the roasted Brussel sprouts. We each tried a cocktail and they were tasty. Will be back!"

"Uodate* Tried to take a friend this evening with my wife and myself. Sat at bar to wait for reservation. Had a drink. Got seated, ordered food and apps at same time. Apps came out in about 10 min and we're great. Proceeded to wait an hour and a half for our food. To be told we were put behind a large party. 10 min after being told our food was up, just being plated.... We left... Horrible experience. Sat there for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Very disappointing. DO NOT RECOMMEND Staff is super kind and friendly. Wife really enjoyed her Moscow mule. The steaks were seasoned really well. Cooked to profection. Wife got a tenderloin. Was very tough. To the point where we had to switch steaks. I got a serloin which was absolutely phenomenal. Potatoes were slightly crispy with great flavor. I however did not like that the more expensive steak was such a poor quality. Uncertain if I will be back. Better cuts available for less $."

"Cocktails were very well made. Food was good but not to the tier of what I paid. Service was very slow and server continuity apologies about how long it took. Say down and was 1.5hrs before we got our main."
