"Not very busy cool little area to chill"
"Kind of a dirty rocky beach. Super dirty gravel right under power wires with lots of bird, goose poo, sticks and trash. Water edge is coated in murky, slimy seaweed. There’s even a section that’s just broken up asphalt and concrete with a rebar hanging out of it. Always a few seedier types drinking or smoking weed or teens doing tiktok dances. And of course being right next to the bay shore path there’s always your handful of homeless people chilling. There’s usually someone with dogs of leash and for some reason it always seems to be ones that want to bark at everybody that walks by. Went twice. Same situation both times."
"Beautiful place. Near by Coyote Park is amazing"
"This is somehow very quiet because sand with a lot of rocks. Not a good place to do sand castle with your kids because the base is wet and hard to find a good spot to set up beach tent. We ended up walked the trail to the county park where the windsurfing place to dig sand while low tide."
"Such a great beach. Because it’s a bay, the water temp is decently warm. Also, this is a hidden gem! Even during COVID-19, this beach has plenty of distancing space. Parking is available roadside. Much quieter than the Coyote Point Beach. Free beach too! Free parking. Oh yeah, also, the Coyote Point Beach is a PAID beach. So, if you want some quiet time and escape the heat, as well as social distance, this place is the best. So underrated."
