"I arrived for my appointment a few minutes early, it was 1pm and there was only one lady working. She greeted me from her desk, where she was finishing up with a couple. She apologized that her previous appointment ran over a couple of minutes and politely asked if I would mind if she could find out what the other gentleman, that came in after me, had wanted. I said sure and then we walked to her desk. She introduced herself as Kenya Harris and we started with getting my account set up. the other employees came back from lunch and the place got busy. All of the sudden the Imternet connection just stopped working but there was a lady who seemed to be on top of getting it fixed. During this time Kenya looked through my papers and answered all my questions. Kenya treated me with amazing customer service and had me laughing and enjoying myself as opposed to being nervous about doing my taxes. Kenya Harris was Amazing! She was professional, Personable & great at her job! I left feeling as if I have known her all my life! I will most definitely recommend her to anyone who asks! See you next spring Kenya!"

"Not good, sign on door said"walk-ins welcome" NOT TRUE " I went to three locations, I was turned away, I was told appointment only,or I could drop off paper work. It's apparent they have soo much business they are ok turning away long time clients. It must be great not to need business.Good luck H&R Block!"

"I love the way Linda Hillman is so professional. She explains everything to my understanding.To include all updates and information needed to file my taxes. The downfall is I still believe that the price to complete tax returns should be free for retired veterans and disabled citizens."
