"Idiotic... went to get my taxes done and he forgot to add in my gas expenses, literally the most important thing in the list. Not going here again."
"I've went to them for the last 2 years. I have to say that this year I am very disappointed with the service I received. I contacted George to set up an appointment to do my taxes. I am self employed so I have to close my business to make the appointment. We arrive and the receptionist doesn't have us on the schedule. George sees us and says he forgot and if we can come back later. His office is 30 min away from my office, so it's a big inconvenience to me to have to come back twice in one day. We go back later that evening and he does our taxes and we think everything is fine. A few months later I am getting letters from the IRS and Covered CA stating that I haven't filed me taxes. I send the first letter to George and he said he will look into it. I follow up a couple of times and I hear nothing. I ended up having to pay a penalty to the IRS. Then I get the second letter from Covered CA, so again I send it to him and I get the same response "I'll look into it". Nothing. I have followed up with him multiple times and he does not respond."
"This is my 10th year that George has done my taxes. I have never been disappointed in fact he has always been respectful and professional. He helped me the first time when I was in great need of closing out a business and my CPA was way to expensive. He made it happen at an affordable rate even with my complicated situation. I appreciate his heart for people."

"They are very nice but they lack professionalism when it comes to being responsible for correct tax information. They have avoided my calls and attempts to get depreciation schedules for equipment that they wrote off in 2 yrs. They are refusing to admit or correct the mistake on the taxes and it could cost me to pay extra taxes, penalties and interest on 34,000.00. My CPA has also tried to resolve this with them and refuse. Be careful if you have them do your business taxes, they do not know or follow the depreciation laws"
