"Good Lil spot for kids! Nice clean park. And good park to take the dogs too."
"Peaceful park, but no swings. Good area to run around in, but the grass is patchy and there's always trash on the ground. Nice birds and great trees for climbing"
"I am liking this idea of reviewing parks! This is classified as a neighborhood park, meaning it is not a destination for people outside of the local area...really within say a quarter mile. It's appropriately small with few amenities: playground, covered seating, BBQs, water fountain (not one for pets) and a play lawn. The playground is ♿, with the aid of a ramp, but the surface is playground bark that will not be easy to navigate with standard wheelchairs. The equipment minimally caters to everyone. Still, at the time of this post, the equipment appeared well maintained. The lawn is green but a closer look will see a lot of weeds. The perimeter ornamental shrubs are not well maintained and produce a lot of berries. The birds will like them, possibly spreading the seeds elsewhere, but I would not recommend allowing children near them who might be tempted to eat them. The overall composition is bland and made purely for function. If there was ever a park that needed community involvement, this is a good example."
"My daughters love this park! We've been driving around Sacramento exploring parks, and this quiet little neighborhood park has some of the most unique playground toys. And it's very quiet and friendly. The neighborhood park goers were very friendly and welcoming."
"My dog loves this park."
