"I have gone here and every time I have, it has been a bad experience. The older man working here once kicked me out because I had too many gallons. The man that is younger has basically yelled at me for doing what he asked me to do. Told me to take the tops off, then when he couldn’t close it yelled at me to leave them on. I will never go back there. The customer service is the worst. Those men will be rude no matter how nice I try to be the times I have gone."

"Does anyone else feel DRY MOUTH after drinking this water. I live nearby and buy from this place often. In the past 6 months I feel as if the water tastes different and after a while my mouth feels dry. Yes, it's true about the rude workers here. I know I look young for my age and I get treated with disrespect. The dude sold me a broken water dispenser one time and I returned it but was verbally insulted and shamed me. Accused me of breaking the bottle that I just bought less than 30 min ago. He made a scene in front of 3 other customers. I always go inside and greet them politely. Their culture seems to be off from our normal American society. They're the closest to me. I can walk there in 5 minutes so I just put up with the attitude. Hopefully someone checks on the filtration system because this water isn't as smooth as bottled water and I still get super dry mouth after drinking their water."
