Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

"The service is horrible! A deer hit my car and they made me go and take all the pictures and upload all details including picture.of odometer. So now that's the customers job instead of sending someone to do that in person. The employees are paid so go to the physical vehicle and take your own pictures! All they did was complain I sent blurry ones. So come to my car and look at it in person and take pictures cause that is not my job I pay insurance for their service and not for me to do your job for you!"

"Absolutely horrible for roadside assistance. The engine on my vehicle failed so I used the roadside assistance for a tow. The first time was over 2 hours and still didn’t get any responses. The next day when I tried again I made the request at 10am and by 1pm I got a call saying they were still working on it and would call back in 15 minutes. Come 5pm I still hadn’t heard and thing and spent over an hour on their line to talk to someone just to be told they are still working on it. I ended up just calling around and got a tow in less than an hour. Just absolutely pathetic."

"I had a single car accident and progressive assured me I’d have $20k to pay for injury care. They however decided my care wasn’t necessary. My injuries were extensive back and neck damage. They wanted me to see a doctor they chose, who no doubt would be biased against me, to decide what was necessary or not. Progressive didn’t care about me and cared more about taking money from me. Worst customer service experience I’ve had. To add insult to my injuries, progressive kept the vehicle I totaled, which they knew was already declared totaled, on my policy. They would’ve continued charging me for a non-existent vehicle. Search elsewhere if you want an insurance to represent you with proper care."
