"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. COMMUNICATION SUCKS HERE. The phone service does not work. My wife and I had an appointment on February 4th at 2pm. I got there 10 minutes early to find the door was locked. I knocked and no one answered. I then called their number and no one answer. I let my wife know she even called, and my mother inlaw even called but no answer. I knocked on the door multiple times until I gave up and left. My wife emailed them right after to see what happened.... no reply... Fast forward to Monday February 7th, my wife drove to line stress at 10am and the lady at the front desk lied and said the door was always open and she was there. Very unprofessional experience. They lost a customer today. I will be reporting them to the BBB well. If the receptionist is a lier how can I trust these accounts with reporting my taxes correctly."

"I went with them for 3. YEARS STRAIGHT and came to realize they never did ALL my Tax forms I would give them for several years and had to pay the IRS due to unpaid taxes. I paid a $140 service just to find out YEARS LATER I owed more than $1500 in unpaid taxes. Terrible service! Save yourself the time and the trip to their office and find another tax account services !!"

"We previously had our 2018 taxes done here and they were fantastic. We then had an appointment to do our 2019 taxes before the pandemic hit, The week of our appointment they closed due to that. They didn’t tell anyone they didn’t cancel our appointment let us drive all the way down there from East County not once but twice. If you go to their website it lets you schedule an appointment it doesn’t tell you they’re closed! We gave them the benefit of the doubt and here we are again trying to do our 2020 Taxes had an appointment for today at 2 PM we drive all the way down from Murietta where we live now and the doors are locked! No one answers the phone and the mailbox is full and not excepting any messages they don’t reply to email! It’s very sad and unprofessional we thought we found reliable people and unfortunately they are not! So basically this is a PSA don’t waste your time going they are not open there is no one there and they will not reply!"

"There's a reason this family run business is always so busy. They are worth the 2 hour trip and wait time, even with an appointment, every year to get our taxes done. Not only do they care about their customers, but to me...more importantly...they care about getting you the most money on your return. I don't care where I move to or what job or business I run, I will always travel to San Diego to get my taxes done by this family. 5☆ If I could give more, I would."
