"Maybe you heard that this guy can get you a good return. Save your time and money and find someone else. The first time we went for our appointment, the front door was blocked by IRS agents who told us they had closed the office in order to conduct an audit. If it was a planned audit, we never received notice that the office was closed. We called and sent an email to find out what happened and to reschedule our appointment. We never received a response from anyone. I then called again and no response. I sent another email and finally got a return call from Mr Olagbemi. He told us to come the next day at 4:00 PM. When we arrived the receptionist told us we didn’t have an appointment. I insisted she speak to Mr Olagbemi since he made the appointment. After checking she told us to leave our documents, give her my ID and my bank card. I told her I wanted to consult with him in order to know if I wanted him to do my taxes. She insisted those were the rules. We decided to leave. Interestingly while waiting for him I spoke to a young gentleman who told me that this was his third time there and each time he had to wait two hours. He indicated he would not be returning."

"Mr. DAPO is a very nice man and very knowledgeable, but his receptionist is horrible, rudest human being ever with no manners and phone etiquette what so ever. I called today to check on what day my appointment was and for what time because I had forgotten, this girl Because I ca. not call her lady, hung up the phone on me, I called back and this girl pick it up and left it on the desk. I believe his business would be a better place and would have better reviews if he would fire these unprofessional girls and hire someone with actual experience and knowledge on how to be a receptionist and office manager."
