"I cannot rate this MD but I will rate the staff, accounts receivable, as rude and unprofessional. There are special circumstances to which I called accounts receivable to obtain information to pay a bill they chose to change guarantor on after the father chose he was done with his family and sent the account to the other parent by the request of the ticked off parent. Really, can we just chose who pays the bills, then I am in and will start calling my Dr's and requesting someone else take care of my statements. I understand that a business cannot take care of court documents but to honor a change of guarantor on an account to another person that had nothing to do with patient (patient was a minor at the start) treatment is horrific! The father said the mothers name and gave address, wow, nice and easy for him and to just take the word of a person is great for these staff in accounting! Very professional. Also, sent an adult child's information to the parent which should be confidential. **I will be clear minor child became of age in the middle of treatment. But as her mother now know of her appointments and information on billing that should have been transferred after her 18th birthday to the patient."
