"Save yourself the headache. I normally don’t write reviews but felt this one needed it. I showed up to put stuff in my storage and my storage unit was locked, the side door to enter the building was broken and propped open with sticks, dirty clothes laying throughout the hallways, and trash thrown on top of an unlocked unit. I immediately called KO and asked for a refund as this wasn’t a secure building and no staff on site. It has been a little over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my refund check. I have called a handful of times to speak to a supervisor about the location issue as well as the refund in which only one time a supervisor actually called back. The property manager also didn’t seem to care about the property issues and his response was “oh I would just call headquarters to talk to them about it if you want.” When I called headquarters the girl I spoke with said they didn’t know any property manager by the name that I gave them (which was posted on the door of the building). I highly recommend going somewhere else."
