"The storage units were fine but I moved out 3 weeks ago and keep getting late notices. Now they are sending automatic emails threatening to send my balance to collections and adding late fees. When I call they tell me to ignore the notices, I am only getting them because nobody has gone to check the unit. They are NOT local, this is a corporation with a remote phone line and locations all over the country which clearly are not being employed. I don't know what to do but these notices are making me very anxious and I wish they would just leave me alone."
