"Left a note clearly on my door for the delivery driver to knock, since my doorbell is not working. They ignored the note and did not deliver my package. Then of course you cannot pickup your package at the delivery hub center, because FedEx is special. Have to wait till the next day when I will be gone at work. Good service, FedEx!!!"

"Today was the 2nd time I've had to retrieve a high value package myself from this location. Tracking says, "out for delivery", then I end up staying home all day just to get an update telling me my delivery is delayed. The driver said a delivery was attempted. How Sway?! I'm literally peeking out my window facing my driveway the entire time. So, I have to wait for the driver to return to the facility to get my stuff. The only positive is they let me grab it after hours, but I still had to do all the coordinating and driving. The 1st time this happened, the package gets to this facility and they damage the package and had to return it to the vendor. The vendor sends out a new item since it would've taken weeks for last one to get back to me. The 2nd package sat at this facility or on a truck for days before I grabbed it myself. It isn't just this location. It appears FedEx as a company is lacking, at least in the Midwest. I'm all for competition, but I wish they'd get bought out by UPS already."

"Package has been “out for delivery” for 2 days now, still is not here. My delivery date status has changed 3 times, getting pushed further and further back. It now doesn’t even have a delivery time, it just says “pending”. This is the worst company that has lost multiple packages of mine and takes no responsibility for it. It is impossible to get any help or to even talk to a real person. I would give 0 stars if I could. The only reason i’m using this company is because I had no other option."

"Horribly unreliable. Today is the 2nd high value item of mine that's gotten lost by the Cudahy location. I was given a delivery window so took the day off work to be home to sign for the package. Truck showed up a few minutes ahead of the delivery window (which was a nice surprise); however, my package wasn't on the truck. No package for me was on the truck. So, somehow the driver knew to stop at my house...but didn't have the package. So, (1) you've royally wasted my time to be home to sign for it and (2) I have a high value item that no one seems to know where it is, and finally (3) it's impossible to connect with a human at FedEx in Cudahy to sort this out. Completely incompetent. The funny thing is, the high value items they've lost are big...so big they should be impossible to misplace. The worst part of all of this is the customer has no recourse. There is no one that can actually hold FedEx accountable for their incompetence and inconvenience."

"I requested a hold for pick up at my local Walgreens. Usually I never have a problem with FedEx, I always get my packages sent to a site that they approve and they are on time but the packages I ordered recently have been delayed but states they were out for delivery 11/30 and still I haven’t received my packages. I called the customer care line and they are staying my packages are still in the facility even though they were scanned. I pray I get them by Monday if I do get any update I will make another review."
