"I pulled up front to mail a letter that had to go out that day. The box wouldn’t be emptied until 4:30 so I asked my daughter to run in and give the lady the envelope. I would move if someone pulled in behind me. My daughter came out crying because the woman postal worker was yelling at her because I stopped in the front drive. She yelled at my daughter saying you have to keeping moving and that there are “so many accidents” when people stop. How many people plow into someone stopped at a mailbox in front of them? She is ridiculous and extremely nasty every single time I’ve been in there. I miss the kind man that use to work there. She shouldn’t be working in a customer contact job. There was no reason to make my daughter cry over something so insignificant."

"Tried hustling me into paying more for a parcel when my envelopes fell into large envelope category. They are lazy and don't want to do work. Hell the post master there didn't even know postage was going up to 60 cents in July and said I don't know what I'm talking about. Horrible place that decides and follows their own rules and not the rules of the United States Postal Services. If I could give zero starts I would."

"I prefer this post office than the one closer to my home. The postal workers are quick and efficient. I am in and out of there in less than 5 minutes, most times under 2 minutes."

"Constantly leaves slips in my mailbox saying they missed us for a package. Every single time this has happened at least one of the members in my household is home and we never hear them knock or see them drive by. We dont check our mailbox often so whenever we do find the slip theyre always closed. And there's no number for us to call for that specific location. It sends us to a robot that is so incredibly unhelpful."

"From this post office I sent medication to my Dad in Florida using priority 2 day guaranteed for $43.20--problem was it arrived a day late---went back to this PO on a later Saturday to obtain my refund but rather rude lady said she was unable to refund since I did not have the original receipt even tho I had the tracking number and the original envelope returned to me by my Father--she said I would have to return during the week to speak to the postmaster--problem is that I work the same times the postmaster works--the lady offered no alternative to me and seemed annoyed at my request---I went home and searched the USPS website and filed a claim online--all I needed was the tracking #--no receipt or anything else---Bingo 4 days later I receive a refund check in the mail!!--this particular person needs more training in their job and customer service skills--better yet she should be replaced by a self serve kiosk open more hours"
