"Moved from Chicago to Tucson 2 weeks ago and still don’t have my things. When we called one week ago we were told the manager of the facility in Bartlett IL, forgot to put in our completion of the container being filled with shipping department, obviously I was outraged and figured we’d be on the first truck out, but that’s not the case. I put an air tag in my container and 6 days after they realized they messed up our containers are still in Illinois. I called to complain and they still have not given me a date as to when I will receive my possession, mind you I’ve already been in Tucson for two weeks. DO NOT BELEIVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU ABOUT YOUR SHIPPING TIME. Worst of all they have offered not discount or rush on our delivery. Horrible customer relations"
