"Technician was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He quickly resolved the current issue and answered all my questions."
"Their Salesperson was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure me for the sale of a new water softener. I really appreciated it. Their prices were reasonable compared to other companies. The installation went really smooth. It took the technician a couple of hours to complete it. I had a great experience and I would recommend them for any new water softener system."
"Was able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable window and then was pleasantly surprised to be asked if I'd like a call if there were any cancellations; I accepted and got a phone call the same week! The gentleman who came to look at the system (we are new owners) spoke in an easy to understand way about the system and what was going on, was on time and kind, and recommended an additional product without being overly aggressive with his approach. Very impressed by the entire team's customer service and warmth. Highly recommend."
"I wish I could leave zero stars. I initially wanted Culligan for softer water and for drinking water. I regrettably used this companies services for 6 years and gave them thousands of dollars. Their reverse osmosis system just trickled out of our refrigerator, their solution? An expensive, noisy pump...OK I can live with that. For the first few years, the water was nice and soft. One day a technician comes out to "calibrate" the system, well after that our water was not very soft at all. I never put another bag of salt in my salt reservoir, this thing was barely even doing anything. I must have cancelled my last 10 salt deliveries. I called to have it looked at and was always told it's running fine. Once Waukesha got Milwaukee water I cancelled my services, the water was now drinkable and not as hard, so why use Culligan anymore? The softener wasn't really doing much anymore anyway. I called to make my cancellation on October 1st. They couldn't come out until the 9th. The tech comes out to remove the equipment at the wrong scheduled time and nobody was home, so we needed to reschedule until later in the week. He comes out and removes the reverse osmosis system (and did not reconnect my water line) and then removes the water softener, but he leaves the plastic salt reservoir tank, which I thought was odd. He did not mention anything about needing to remove the salt or that he couldn't get it out, he just left without saying a word. A few weeks later I get charged full price for the month of October and I am told that they do not prorate the month, even though I used the equipment for maybe a week. What a rip off. I would have cancelled later in the month had I known I was paying for it anyway. I am then told I will be charged a $210 deposit for the plastic salt reservoir that they didn't take. So now I have to empty this reservoir myself and then have them come back and pick it up so I don't get charged $210. It's YOUR equipment, if you want it back, come and get it, I do not want it. They should have to figure out how to get it out, or at least tell me I need to take the salt out first. After spending over $5000 with these guys over the years I would think they would have been a little more courteous and at least gave me a partial refund for the final month that I didn't use their equipment. If I ever decide I want softer water in the future, I absolutely will not be using Culligan."
"Service was paid for by a previous owner. Bought the house and asked them to disconnect and they reassured me they would reconnect the water lines. When I call them about the problem they call me a liar and question my integrity. Stay away from them at all costs. What they charge to rent a filtration system on the monthly is highway robbery anyway. Picture for proof... since I'm a liar."
