"wonderful atmosphere!! healthy mix of younger and older folks, most of whom mind their own business - and those who don't are totally friendly! its very well lit at night (until 10 pm sharp), right next to a residential area, and right across from an event venue + a small shopping plaza. seems and feels safe! seems like there's a lot of foot traffic and it's commonly frequented neighborhood spot. worth checking out if you skateboard, rollerblade, or BMX bike!"
