The FedEx Drop Box located at 555 South Industrial Drive in Hartland, Wisconsin, United States offers convenient 24/7 drop-off for FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, and FedEx SmartPost prelabeled shipments. Choose from 1-, 2-, or 3-day shipping options for FedEx Express, or select FedEx Ground for shipments to arrive in 1-5 business days.

The drop boxes accept a variety of packages, including FedEx Express envelopes and boxes, as well as packages with your own packaging and a FedEx label. Packages up to 20" x 12" x 6" in size are accepted at the drop box location. Drop-off times vary depending on the location, with many drop boxes now offering extended drop-off times and Saturday pickup options at select sites.

To use the drop box, create a shipping label online or fill out an airbill using your FedEx account number. Print the label and affix it to your package, then bring it to the nearest FedEx Drop Box. No cash, check, or credit card payments are accepted at the drop box location.
