"I cannot comment on service in the facility itself, but the carriers are careless. They frequently deliver the mail and small packages belonging to others in my box, so I am sure they must be putting my mail in the boxes of others. The owners of the mail they put in my box are all my neighbors, so it’s a simple matter of being completely careless. Also, they don’t shut the mailbox all the way, so it often is hanging open, and there have been times when everything inside is ruined because it’s gotten wet. It’s incredibly frustrating. So many postal workers are so good, but the carriers from this post office are not among them."
