"Very poor communication, and destroyed my $800 printer. I paid an extra $100 for shipping insurance and they tried telling me I didn’t! I spent a total of 9 hours on call with UPS representatives telling me different things! Was told 2 times I was getting the reimbursement then had to call back and was told my case was voided without letting me know. Highly disappointing will make sure me and my business only use USPS in the future their claims department is much more helpful! Hope to get better help from UPS customer service! Got letters in the mail days after the case was closed from previous representatives! So frustrating!"
