"This has been my bank for 30 years… wouldn’t go anywhere else!!"
"$5 to withdraw $20 from their ATM is a 25% service fee. Avoid this corporate gouging!"
"I am glad that I do not bank here. I had to deposit money for someone and the young man and woman working were so rude. I work in customer service and know the importance of smiling at every person that walks in the door. I did not receive a smile from either of them the entire time I was in there. I asked a simple question and was treated as though I were a huge inconvenience to them. Zero customer service skills at all!! If you are looking for a bank, I would not recommend this one!!"
"The current platform we are using only allows for “Online Bill Pay.” Payment requests submitted via Online Bill Pay may be paid using either: 1) Paper checks mailed to the address we provide at the time of the request, or 2) ACH transaction to the account information we provide at the time of the request. There is no way to specify which of these two methods the Online Bill Pay systems will use to submit payment. That will be determined by the Online Bill Pay vendor who will fulfill that request."
"This bank does not allow their costumers use their own money, it denied every transaction I tried to do. I need an e-mail to contact my agency in Dodgeville but I cannot find it"
