"If you have a business don’t use this firm. As a member of an LLC that has paid ( reluctantly)for tax preparation I have been denied information regarding my K1 and 1065. I revoked my POA and still was forced ( without my knowledge) to try and get answered false income that was declared on tax returns. I tried to get Marsha and Mike to answer my questions but they said I was not allowed to this information. My tax information has been withheld for 3 years and not been filed since I fear filing a fraudulent tax return. I have filed a complaint with the California Board of Accuracy and tax agencies. I gave them the opportunity to clarify so I would not start red flags going off for an audit, but to no avail. Steer clear. Attorneys being sought"
