"I’m very tired of the lack of customer service displayed by the staff. They have given us such a hard time and returned packages to the sender because they were addressed to our physical address instead of our PO Box and I KNOW these ladies know me personally and can’t even do me the courtesy of letting me know that they are going to return my package to sender. What happened to small town customer service!!! And the sad part is I received a letter in my PO Box from someone else that had no house number on it but they still put it in my PO Box. They didn’t send that one back to the sender even though it lacked that house number!!!!!! Terrible service…"
"Whoever keeps delivering packages to a blocked off door has to be just brain dead. Never shoveled up to that door. Is blocked off by statues that could give you tetanus just looking at them. Signs don't seem to matter either. But hey, let's leave the packages in the snow there....not go to the door that is shoveled up to. That would make too much sense!"
