"My kids loved having Dr. Matt as their doctor. He is trustworthy, very knowledgeable, and excellent with kids. Any weird illness that my kids ended up getting, he would know exactly what it was and the proper treatment. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the staff can be really grouchy at times, and appointments are VERY difficult to get. If your kids wake up sick, don’t expect to be seen by any pediatricians here, as they won’t be able to accommodate you and will refer you to their fastcare clinics (side note- don’t use Bellin fastcare every clinic is a nightmare). We didn’t have these issues before, but the last 3 years have been bad for appointments. Wellness visits seem to be booked a very long way out as well. My guess would be that unlike other clinics, Bellin doesn’t limit the amount of patients a doctor can have. If you have a hard time getting your current patients in, maybe stop accepting new ones for a bit? Those the the only complaints I have, but I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Matt."

"I rated a one star due to interactions with Tiffany, who is the practicing Nurse. Tiffany has made more than one off-putting and unprofessional comments within several interactions. It is unfortunate that one person's inappropriateness can reflect and create such an unwelcoming experience I would give Dr. Theado 5 stars for care and patient connection! However, they doctors have a very full work load there (as I'm sure many doctors do)"

"Dr Theado was the pediatrician for our first child when he was a newborn. He was recommended to us by my Bellin OB’s nurse, who I thought very highly of! Despite the challenges of doing well baby visits during the COVID pandemic (only one parent at appointment, everyone wearing masks) he was very warm & friendly with top notch nurses too. Dr Theado took the time to answer all of our silly new parent questions, and when we had a minor emergency with the baby we were able to call his office and have a triage nurse consult with him, calming our nerves and saving us a trip to the ER. He’s a “real world” physician who can also pull from his personal experience as a parent (I think he said he has 4 children?!?) If we did not have to relocate away from De Pere we would absolutely continue getting care from Dr Theado for our baby and future children too. Can only hope our next pediatrician is as good!"
