"I was late on my storage shed then I paid it up and I drove all the way from Illinois to Wisconsin to put stuff in my storage. Come to find out I get to my storage in Wisconsin and I have a lock still on my storage shed somebody wasn’t doing their job and I wasted $40 in gas coming to my storage when I couldn’t get into it even though it was paid off and then I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it other than take my lock off don’t reimburse my money for wasting gas cause I didn’t do the job."

"Three strikes and you’re out. I scheduled to have a rear mount bike hitch receiver put on my car at Platteville U-haul. A week before the appointment, they asked if they could move my appointment an hour later. I was ok with that. On my scheduled day, I arrive and they tell me they can’t get me in for another hour. Now, it’s going to take over two hours to complete. I’m from out of town and I only have my bike with me. They call me 30 minutes AFTER they took my car in the garage to tell me the hitch for my car didn’t arrive and the one they have is the wrong size. They tell me I’ll have to reschedule for another day. Nope. I picked up my car and told them to refund my credit card. I scheduled the work to be done at another business in Platteville for less money. Not impressed with Platteville U-haul."
