Victor does not take the time to do the taxes in a professional manner, much of what he fills out is incorrect and spelled incorrectly. In parts where deductions should be taken he did not put them correctly and then we ended up paying more than we should have. Our fault for trusting what he was doing instead of reviewing the taxes carefully. Like many other places they give an estimate of what you might expect to receive and also an estimate of what it will cost to fill the cups. Victor has never given us estimates or explained what he will fill. It is better that you learn to use TurboTax and pay 1/4 of what Victor charges. Or else look for another professional to fill out your taxes. Many other tax filing places give an estimate of what one may owe or receive and as well as an estimate of what it will cost to file taxes. Victor has never given us estimates or given an explanation of what he is going to file. It would be in your best interest to look elsewhere or learn to use TurboTax and pay 1/4 of what Victor charges. Don't trust Victor too much just because he's a “tax professional”."
