"Sue has very poor communication skills, and lacks compassion and empathy for the people she does sales with. We used Sales By Sue for our properties estate sale. She did not communicate well with us, changing dates and not following through with original plans. She would not respond quickly certain weeks with no explanation. We then forgot an important photograph donated to our family when moving our stuff out. We reached out to Sue, to see if we could stop out to grab it (weeks before the sale), and she said no it was her now per the contract. We had not been communicated about this within the contract. Sue showed no compassion for this important family momento, and her lack of communication about the contract was frustrating. Needless to say, we will never use Sales by Sue or recommend her company to anyone again."
