"I called here a few weeks back inquiring about renting a water cooler and having some water delivered to me. The guy I spoke with first who I assume is the delivery or maybe the owner was so kind and was glad to put me on his route which was every 6 weeks and that was all fine. So few days later on my day off I drive 40 minutes to fill out my paperwork to set all this up right?? Well no because the lady at the desk was not helpful. Said he would not go out that far and had to call him when I told her I had already spoke to him and he said putting me on the delivery was fine. After she got off the phone with him she still insisted what I wanted to rent would not work. I have never rented a water cooler so we wanted to start with 2 5 gallon jugs of water every 6 weeks and that i guess was not enough for her? Any ways RIPP Distributing Company was very kind to help me with my water needs unlike the lady at the desk in there."
