"I had a terrible experience working for a company, lasting less than a month. After just two days of training, I was left on my own. Midway through today's shift, my manager provided a weak explanation for my sudden termination. Additionally, the manager engaged in racial profiling and biased treatment towards individuals who appeared poor, grungy, or unkempt, instructing me to monitor them closely. Despite the unpleasant situation, I stayed for financial reasons, only to be fired two days later without any valid explanation."

"This company is a complete nightmare to work for. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Upon my hire I was promised multiple promotions i did not get. Was told by state manager Dan that the person who got my position threatened to sue the company if she didn’t get her position back which is why I couldn’t get it. This company will throw you under the bus and makes sure you know how wrong you are if something goes wrong when doing things the way they trained you. They will lie to you and about you to fit their narrative so they don’t look unprofessional. They will also withhold money from you. I filled out a direct deposit form on the day I started like I was told by my state manger and yet my checks are still being mailed. As of today I still have not been paid for my hours worked when pay day was Friday 11/24/23. When speaking to the office and the lady that does payroll I was told my check was mailed out Tuesday the 21st and they keep telling me “I have to wait” and “ We can’t rush the post office” and that they put it in the mail So they did their part. Save yourself the trouble and work elsewhere. This company is on its way of being out of business."

"Terrible company too work for. Absolutely beyond words Terrible. I work for them for about a month and a half and was let go no joke foe clocking in 3 minutes late just once. And that's really all you need to know. There is a reason there only rates 2.3 stars on Google. And they only get that much cause they have current employees make good reviews every so often."

"They hired my brother he went to the Menards Waite Park, Minnesota job site to fill out tax paperwork and other forms as requested a few days before and after he got there the dummy site supervisor AMIR told him someone was already hired for this security position . Like what THE HELL IS THAT???? Menards needs to fire this company and terminate the contract they have with them and hire a real Professional security company. To the idiot owner who comments your company sucks and your response is 1000 false."
