"Let me tell you about the day……the day I got fired by my CPA…. I never write reviews but feel this one is necessary. I called about a question and spoke to Teresa. Although she is never very nice to deal with I think I caught her on one of her worse days. She was very rude. After so many years putting up with and making excuses for her bad attitude I finally had to ask her the question. Why are you always so rude ? Why do I constantly get a curt, negative attitude? Every single conversation! I pay for a service but I Get the treatment of being a huge burden with my questions. Trying to understand the process. Well I got fired for defending myself from a nasty attitude. I guess I can only feel sorry for somebody being so mad in a world full of hate. Rosheen was always great! I don’t have anything negative to say about Gina or the work she does as I am a satisfied customer for the work she did and she was always straight forward and easy to work with. Good luck with anybody that has to deal with Teresa! I had three other people that did their taxes here and left due to Teresa and her attitude. I’m not sure why I stay other then convenience. Don’t make excuses for people treating you poorly even if you feel bad for them for how miserable they seem."
