"This is a super cold rink (2/5 on my rink warmness scale). They only turn on the spectator heaters for USM games. Wear your jacket and bring a blanket and feet warmers - especially if you're working the score/box. The concessions are pretty good (when they are open). The place is clean, and the rink is nice (cold/hard ice for skating). You'd never know the rink was the home of Milwaukee Winter Club though - as all you see is University School signage and acknowledgement - unlike other area rinks that proudly display their teams' trophies/etc."

"THE COLDEST RINK I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Bring a couple blankets or just wear your snow suit. The heaters were not on they were " cycling". Other than that it's a great rink."

"Brought my daughter to play hockey but it was pretty cold ,, I can see they have heaters on top of the bleachers but never got turned on ,, I usually go to Wilson park and it’s never that cold"
